What we have done

• Text resizes without breaking the layout, and the site works down to small phone screens
• Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
• Colour contrast meets WCAG 2.2 AA for body text
• Images carry text alternatives, and the maps carry text descriptions
• Motion is kept to a minimum and reduced-motion preferences are respected

Known limitations

The interactive map in the scan finder is difficult to use with a screen reader. Every centre it shows is also listed as text on the locations page, and the finder's results are plain text.
